Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all items sold on our website are considered final sale. As our products are classified as cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. While we work with trusted partners, delays outside of our control may occur.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.
